1. القبول والموافقة 1. Acceptance & Agreement

باستخدامك لتطبيق Season، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. By using Season App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. وصف الخدمة 2. Service Description

تطبيق Season هو تطبيق للأمان والمتابعة العائلية يوفر الميزات التالية: Season App is a safety and family tracking application that provides the following features:

📍 تتبع الموقع الجغرافي للأعضاء في الوقت الفعلي 📍 Real-time geographic location tracking of members
👥 إنشاء مجموعات عائلية أو مجموعات الأصدقاء 👥 Creating family or friends groups
🔔 تنبيهات عند خروج الأعضاء من نطاق الأمان المحدد 🔔 Alerts when members leave the defined safe zone
🆘 نظام تنبيهات الطوارئ (SOS) 🆘 Emergency alert system (SOS)
🌍 مشاركة الموقع مع أفراد المجموعة 🌍 Location sharing with group members

3. متطلبات الاستخدام 3. Usage Requirements

3.1 الأهلية 3.1 Eligibility

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام هذا التطبيق. إذا كنت دون 18 عاماً، يجب عليك الحصول على موافقة ولي الأمر. You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent.

3.2 الحساب الشخصي 3.2 Personal Account

يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة عند التسجيل You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور الخاصة بك You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
يجب إخطارنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
لا يجوز مشاركة حسابك مع الآخرين You may not share your account with others

3.3 الأذونات المطلوبة 3.3 Required Permissions

للاستفادة الكاملة من التطبيق، نحتاج إلى: To fully use the app, we require access to:

🔔 إرسال الإشعارات 🔔 Sending notifications
📷 الوصول إلى الكاميرا (لمسح رموز QR) 📷 Camera access (for scanning QR codes)
📶 الاتصال بالإنترنت 📶 Internet connection

4. الاستخدام المقبول 4. Acceptable Use

يتعهد المستخدم بما يلي: The user agrees to the following:

استخدام التطبيق للأغراض المشروعة فقط Use the app for lawful purposes only
عدم إساءة استخدام ميزة تتبع الموقع Not misuse the location tracking feature
احترام خصوصية الآخرين Respect the privacy of others
عدم محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل التطبيق Not attempt to hack or disrupt the application
عدم استخدام التطبيق لأي أنشطة غير قانونية Not use the app for any illegal activities

5. بيانات الموقع 5. Location Data

                    يتم جمع بيانات الموقع فقط عندما تكون عضواً نشطاً في مجموعة. يمكنك إيقاف مشاركة موقعك في أي وقت بمغادرة المجموعة أو إلغاء الأذونات من إعدادات جهازك.
                    Location data is only collected when you are an active member of a group. You can stop sharing your location at any time by leaving the group or revoking permissions from your device settings.

6. المجموعات 6. Groups

6.1 إنشاء المجموعات 6.1 Creating Groups

يمكن لأي مستخدم إنشاء مجموعة جديدة Any user can create a new group
صاحب المجموعة مسؤول عن إدارة الأعضاء والإعدادات The group owner is responsible for managing members and settings
يمكن تعيين نطاق أمان محدد لكل مجموعة A specific safe zone can be defined for each group

6.2 الانضمام للمجموعات 6.2 Joining Groups

يتم الانضمام عبر رمز الدعوة أو رمز QR Joining is done via an invitation code or QR code
الانضمام للمجموعة يعني الموافقة على مشاركة موقعك مع أعضائها Joining a group means consenting to share your location with its members
يحق لك مغادرة أي مجموعة في أي وقت You have the right to leave any group at any time

7. تنبيهات SOS 7. SOS Alerts

ميزة تنبيهات الطوارئ مصممة للحالات الحقيقية فقط: The emergency alert feature is designed for real emergencies only:

⚠️ استخدام تنبيهات SOS الكاذبة قد يؤدي إلى: ⚠️ Sending false SOS alerts may result in:

تعليق حسابك مؤقتاً Temporary suspension of your account
إزالتك من المجموعات Removal from groups
إيقاف حسابك نهائياً في حالة التكرار Permanent account termination in case of repeated violations

8. حدود المسؤولية 8. Limitation of Liability

تطبيق Season هو أداة مساعدة وليس بديلاً عن خدمات الطوارئ الرسمية: Season App is an assistive tool and not a substitute for official emergency services:

🚫 لا نضمن دقة بيانات الموقع بنسبة 100% 🚫 We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of location data
🚫 لا نتحمل مسؤولية انقطاع الخدمة 🚫 We are not liable for service interruptions
🚫 لا نتحمل مسؤولية سوء استخدام التطبيق من قبل المستخدمين 🚫 We are not responsible for misuse of the app by users
🚫 في حالات الطوارئ الحقيقية، اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ المحلية 🚫 In real emergencies, contact your local emergency services

9. إنهاء الخدمة 9. Termination of Service

نحتفظ بالحق في: We reserve the right to:

تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك في حالة انتهاك الشروط Suspend or terminate your account in case of terms violation
تعديل أو إيقاف أي جزء من الخدمة دون إشعار مسبق Modify or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice
حذف البيانات القديمة أو غير النشطة بعد فترة معينة Delete old or inactive data after a certain period

10. الملكية الفكرية 10. Intellectual Property

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق والمحتوى محفوظة. لا يجوز: All intellectual property rights of the app and its content are reserved. It is prohibited to:

نسخ أو تعديل التطبيق Copy or modify the application
إجراء هندسة عكسية للكود Reverse engineer the code
استخدام الشعارات أو العلامات التجارية دون إذن Use logos or trademarks without permission

11. التحديثات والتعديلات 11. Updates & Amendments

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. سيتم إشعارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر: We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via:

12. القانون الحاكم 12. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأي نزاع ينشأ عنها يخضع للاختصاص القضائي لمحاكم الإمارات. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

13. حذف الحساب والبيانات 13. Account & Data Deletion

                    يمكن للمستخدم حذف حسابه في أي وقت.
                    Users may delete their account at any time.
                

يتيح تطبيق Season للمستخدمين إمكانية حذف حساباتهم وبياناتهم الشخصية في أي وقت. Season App allows users to delete their accounts and personal data at any time.

كيفية حذف الحساب How to Delete Your Account

فتح تطبيق Season. Open the Season App.
الانتقال إلى إعدادات الحساب. Navigate to Account Settings.
اختيار خيار "حذف الحساب". Select the "Delete Account" option.
تأكيد طلب حذف الحساب. Confirm the account deletion request.

البيانات التي سيتم حذفها: Data that will be deleted:

الاسم والمعلومات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب Name and personal information linked to the account
رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني Phone number or email address
المجموعات المرتبطة بالحساب Groups associated with the account
بيانات النشاط داخل التطبيق In-app activity data
